I am a photographer based in Los Angeles, California.  I've always had an interest in photography growing up, and traveling as I was raised in a family that has photos from the 1920s of family members.  I always had a camera with me when traveling, and long ago when Flickr first came around I joined and was encouraged to buy a DSLR.

It was in 2007 that I had first DSLR camera.  In 2008 I really got into photography as I started a 365 project where I took a photo a day for a year.  I used to second shoot weddings, and would get asked to do engagements and maternity sessions on and off over the years, but I never went further than referrals from friends and family.  There was some time between 2008 and now that I wasn't regularly shooting as well, but I've finally taken the step to pick up my camera again as iPhone photography just doesn't capture what a full frame camera does. 

I love outdoor, natural light shooting best.  The warmth of the sun and the dramatic highlights and effects it creates inspires me.  Backlit photos are my favorite, but I am happy to try new things to meet your needs!
